Reporting to a Manager, Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Business Partner (OD BP) is accountable for operationalizing organizational development initiatives and activities within our provincial OD Centre of Excellence to enable the successful achievement of Ontario Health atHome strategic and operational priorities and objectives.
What will you do?
- Organizational Strategy:Support the development and execution of organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, engagement, and talent management strategies. Collaborate with peers and leaders to identify key areas for improvement and change.
- Change Management:Contribute to the development and implementation of change management processes. Serve as a change facilitator, promoting change management capabilities and principles at organizational, project, and team-based levels.
- OD Initiatives and Interventions:Plan, implement, and evaluate OD interventions. Design and evaluate programs and systems to enhance organizational and team effectiveness.
- Talent Management:Collaborate to implement talent management strategies, including orientation, employee recognition, performance and development, and leadership readiness.
- Learning and Development (L&D):Support L&D operations and planning. Contribute to the design, delivery, and implementation of L&D opportunities.
- Leadership Development:Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development opportunities and resources.
- Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture:Participate in the development and evaluation of employee engagement strategies and initiatives. Lead employee engagement survey and action planning activities.

What must you have?
- University degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related OD work experience. Knowledge of organizational business strategies and programs. Experience in a unionized or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Expert customer service skills, courteous, respectful and confidential in all interactions.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and change management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What would give you the edge?
- Demonstrated experience with integrated equity, inclusion, diversity, anti-racism and belonging principles into organizational development initiatives.
- CHRP/CHRL designation, change management certification, coaching certification, and other OD-related certifications are assets.
- Ability to communicate in French or another language.

- Salary: $79,285 - $94,671
